Ailsa’s travel theme this week is up. “Up” has been on my mind all weekend as I have had my brother to stay with his two young children – lovely as they are -and I have watched that movie at least three times!
So with my eyes rolling skyward here is my contribution to Up! I took a walk round my local park near sunset and took some photos of the bare tree branches against the sky. I kept the pictures quite dark so you can the delicacy of the very small branches. I like the bleakness of winter and seeing the bare bones of nature, it has its own beauty.
But looking downwards I found the first signs of spring!
